Hello! Welcome back! If I haven’t scared you off then that is great! Here I will post a recipe about a quick and simple dish I love to make on a lazy day!
Korean Sesame Spinach
This recipe only takes 10 minutes to cook (depends on how long it takes to boil the water really, I like to put very little water in so it goes fast).
Ingredients:
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Soy sauce (Tamari is a great choice if you have certain allergies, it has little ingredients so you don’t have to worry about additives that you may be allergic to!)
Directions:
- Fill a pot of water up and bring to a boil.
- Throw the spinach in and allow for the leaves to wilt (a few minutes is sufficient, you don’t want to over cook it as it would lose it’s color). Rinse immediately with cold water.
- Drain the spinach of water, and place in a bowl. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
- Mix and serve.
